Ok so I swapped my '91 240sx KA24DE AT to a 5speed. Right now my tail lights do not work and speedometer does not work. I took a pic of what is hooked up so far at the main fuse box. The posts I have read talking about doing a 5speed swap mostly refer to the convertable top 240s and do not match what I am seeing here. Any ideas? Or checks I could do to illiminate items?

Ok re-read how to article... I need to cut and splice all these wires together in a circuit:

Green/blue to complete the circuitBrown/yellow for parkGreen/white for reverse

So can I get rid of the rest of the wires not being used coming off the fuse box connector?

What is that other 2pin plug connector and any ideas on the 2 diked wires?

the speed sensor plugs in to the lower harness near the starter, it has two wires and it sits low on the transmission near the rear on the passenger side, it hooks up the same on the auto and the manual so there is no wiring to change there. you may have a bad sensor. as far as the reverse lights go i wired the reverse switch on the transmission to the connector end i cut off the auto trans gear selector switch. if your familiar with a multimeter you can just put the auto gear switch in reverse and see which wires connect, those will be your reverse light wires. i believe thay are Green/Blue to one side of the switch and Green/White to the other side.
