I'm just amazed that anyone is stupid enough to use their real IP address and their real email address to send a threat FROM THEIR HOME.

Wow.
I'd love to find out if he's been served at this point. A buddy of mind was assaulted years ago, and it took the sheriff's deputies a few weeks to catch the guy at home at the right time.

well most likely not.it technically wasnt his house nor was it his computer.and plus even if it was, its a summary offense anyways. i doubt they would go out of their way to find someobody who isnt a citizen and doesnt have a registered address just to serve a ticket and a court date for terroristic threats.
i know i talked to him two days ago, and he was just fine.
and hes not a citizen of the US either, so they wouldnt be able to process him through our court systems even if they did catch him...
im honestly shocked that he overreact like that and would send those emails and make threats for people making fun of him on the internet (and believe me he got flamed by almost every one of his friends on FB ...lol)
i hate to say it, but in all reality this will probably never catch up with him.its just entirely too much effort to find a person with no registered address for a summary offense... seems unrealistic. theres bigger fish to fry.

never said he had diplomatic immunity, i simply said he wouldnt be processed through our court systems.Actually, if they were to catch him, they wouldnt even charge him with the terroristic threats, he would go to a federal prison until he could be taken to an INS detention center. From there they have a hearing and he would most likely be deported.There is a difference between diplomatic immunity and not being able to be processed due to citizenship status.
