I am contemplating doing the dual altima fan setup as a pusher for my RB. The catch is that I would prefer to mount it in the front of the A/C condensor. This limits space quite a bit.

If anyone can tell me how big the shroud is Length and Height, and how much material can be removed from the shroud on each side before it would intrude into the fans operating space.

Depth would be great too!

Thanks alot folks, Ill post pictures if I can make this work.

it doesnt look like you can trim to much, but everyone says it will work. i found some people with rb's that put them on the other side of the radiator and reverse the wires to have them spin the other way.

I wouldn't trust altima fans for crap as a pusher setup. I have maxima fans and they are curved so they flow the most as a puller setup, their flow will drop alot in a pusher setup. First the blades are are curved to flow more pulling, and second when pushing, there will be alot of back pressure which also drops flow.

But if it works it works. A rad fan is only usefull from 0-40mph or so since above those speeds wind blows through faster then a fan can push/pull. But thats driving straight and normal, you definitly want good flowing fans on track, grip or drift.
