Photoshop Request

Hey Guys! Hoping someone could help me out. Just looking for ideas for my next project and I stubled across this car with very similar wheels to what I want.

I was hoping someone could help me out by photoshop editing the car to become white, and the center of the wheels (currently goldish) black, while leaving the polished lip.

I know its a fairly low res picture, so I apologize.

I'm so awesome that I changed the angle and gave you JDM turn signals and moved your car.
