mehdi or anyone else with PS skills, could you please photoshop a pic of the coupe's headlights? id upload pics but im on my friends computer and dont remember my photobucket info lol

ok so here is a link to a thread where a guy smoked his lights.

http://forums.altimas.org/zerothread/325280

so he pretty much just took off the orange reflector and left the light bulb in it. what i was thinking is smoke the lights exactly like he did BUT instead of taking out the orange reflectors, paint it dark black and drill holes in it and mount a few LEDs to make it look like the Audi R8 lights. it could either look really good or really bad. so i'd like to see a photoshop.

thank you

heres a pic of it without the orange reflector

and heres a pic from the side where the LEDs would go (the big white spot was to cover the light bulb already there)

and heres a pic from the front BUT if course i would have the lights smoked like the above pics

lol ya i know it looks horrible in paint but with some good photoshop skills i'd like to see how it looks. my idea is from the Audi R8

Yes, I keep thinking the LEDs from the R8 would look hot for the Altima.

Although I saw it more like eye lining underneath the lights.

ya i know what you mean. it's just that when i smoke the lights, i don't want that orange reflector there (i think everyone hates it lol) so my only options are to paint it black or take it off. there is a power source there (the light bulb currently in there) so it would be perfect to just paint black, drill some holes, and mount some LEDs. but i want to see how it looks, if it looks real good like the R8 then ya i'll go for it, if not then ill just paint it black or take it off

wow! that looks really good. i think i really will end up doing this (after i get my bumper painted and installed). it looks really good at night and during the day it doesn't look too bad either but it looks a lot different then the white car the guy smoked the lights on.

thanks again for the photoshop!

Here you go....

Altima Coupe Concept

Added the Audi R8 Leds to the smoked out headlights, Angel Eyes, Audi R8 front and side quarter grills, carbon fiber Stillen front insert, Nismo FMIC.

Thanks to Hussain for the image

WOW I feel scummed. I am already in the process of doing this same exact process and posted weeks ago that I would be doing this. Hopefully you're not pirating ideas and calling them your own! But if you thought of it on your own man do great minds think alike

i swear i didn't even think of it. lol it was actually my friend's idea, we were looking at my lights the other night and talking about smoking them and he suggested putting LEDs like the Audi R8. you gotta post pics when you get it done so we can see the final product.... is it illegal though? to have the LEDs like that. the cops in my area are promising they will go crazy over summer and mandatory for cops to pull over anyone with a body kit or lowered car and make them open there hood (reason why i'm thinking twice about an intake until they get CARB legal).... but ya, sorta got off topic there lol

lol dang thats awesome! same ideas across the country. Instead of smoking them though, I'm going to be painting the inner housing either body color or black and then either painting the amber strip black, completely removing it, or creating a custom piece to hold the leds. I'm not sure if it's illegal but I wouldn't imagine it would be. We're just going to be connecting the led's using the factory wires and making them the running lights. The cops in my area don't really have a problem with modded cars because well...there aren't many around my neighboorhood lol. You should try to make the headlights too and we can see which methods worked better!

painting the housing (like the white 07 sedan) makes it look smoked so thats what i was going to do. he (or she) took off the amber reflector but in my opinion it doesn't look right cuz if you look at it, you just have a light bulb poping out of no where lol so i'd just paint the amber black or maybe paint it black and drill holes in it and mount LEDs

It looks like one would have to open it up. The color looks like the black engine paint that was used in a past post on the Nissan Emblem

I recently bought a white altima coupe 3.5 MT and have been looking for a set of wheels. I have been looking at the privat zentralle wheels. But before dropping the cash I would like to see how they would look on a white (winter frost) altima coupe. Is there any one out there who can photo shop this request, perhaps a photo shop GURRU.................
