Hmmm, for some strange reason with different wheels, no white stripes and in Black I think it'd be AWESOME. Trust me, that's a real complement coming from me, I normally HATE any form of body modification

Lose the ground effects and get a drop. It will look much better. I do like the design scheme though. It looks original on a 240sx. I don't mind the wing too much, because the wing isn't what sticks out, its the stripes... and I think I like them.

i think the wheels look a little small, or maybe its just the wheel gap, but over all i like it. if i was putting stripes on i think i woulda done just the sides or just the middle. overall, looks good. it shows that uve put alot of work into here so far
