Photos of my modded 08 EX35 Journey

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Very very nice!! How do you like the BC's? Any clunking noises? That seems to be a big complaint with these.

Also, are you RWD or AWD? I'm assuming RWD, but just asking bc of your wheel setup.

My exterior mods are coming soon. Trying to finish up the engine bay and interior

EDIT: I see you're RWD, so disregard that question

I've not had any clunking noises and they ride pretty smooth for as low as I am. Yup, RWD. Thanks for the compliment!

What do you recommend for keeping the body plastics dark? Like the bottom part of the rear bumper, for example? I have to say, I always thought all that chrome around the windows was a bit much. The black handles on the black car really make a nice difference. I think you convinced me to change my grill. How do you do it?

I use Meguiars Ultimate Black on the plastic bumpers. I just blacked out all the chrome with about 5 coats of black PlastiDip and a few coats of Glossifier :)

The black handles on the black body color look nice. Mine is blue slate and that is the one part of the car that I've wanted to change since I got it. Wish they were body colored

Thank you j50ny. Would have been nice if they came stock that way for sure.

Get the body kit. Even with the black there is a huge difference.
