So, I log into photobucket and am greeted with a message that says I'm using 100% of my capacity (3.9 GB out of an allotted 2.3 GB). Did they just establish this 2.3 GB limit? Or are they just now enforcing it?

I might just make another account...

I'm pretty sure they just recently revised their account tier system. I dunno any details, though.

I've got 5GB with Imageshack, never was a fan of PB even though it's essentially the same service.

yeah their new layout DOES suck.
They rolled it out a while ago and I opted to stay with the old theme, then they just automatically forced the new one on me.

Guess it's time for a new image hosting service...

I use the photobucket mobile app as an easy way to post phone pics up here. I went on the website on the laptop the other day and was confused. Terrible layout.

I have everything on PB, but my phone has flicker integration and I've been thinking about switching after having to deal with PB's new layout. It does completely suck.

I reverted back to the old style but I've been permanently switched to the new layout as well. IT SUCKS a**. I need to make the switch, I just don't know who the best choice is.

Yea I can't stand the new setup.. I had also opted for original interface - then suddenly one day I logged in through the desktop... The rest goes without saying. :squint:

On a lighter note though the Photobucket mobile app is awesome and very simple to use. I just hope they make an update to where we can choose which album we want the pictures to go into.

its always had a pretty low cap, but then again you could have endless accounts, its the first one I tried and I don't host many pics,so it works for me.

I made one for the 720forum to use. but yeah it sucks, but I don't complain about free.

I'm fairly surprised most of you aren't on board with Flickr. Their Pro account is a great buy.
I probably have a photobucket account floating around somewhere that I don't remember how to log in for.

Anyway, if you want to sell your prints I highly recommend Zenfolio. It was kind of a PITA to set up but it's cheaper than Smugmug at least. The most awesome thing about Zenfolio is you can point it to your Flickr account and it will ftp/transfer over all photos to Zenfolio and you can pick and choose what you want in your Zenfolio gallery. Pretty neat, and very helpful since my current place only has DSL.
