It’s been 8 amount of years and over 2,000 harness sold since Wiring Specialties opened its doors. As a way to say thank you, we are hosting a photo contest where a brand new, pre-made S Chassis engine harness will be given away to one deserving winner. The winner will have their choice between an SR or RB conversion harness. You can use it to finish you swap, tidy up your old wiring, give it to a friend as a gift or even hold your own contest or auction with it. It is completely up to you how you put it to use! Rules and regulations will be on our website shortly or you can see our next wall post.

What to do: Send us your unique photo of your S-Chassis. It can be an engine bay shot, a moving shot, exterior pose or just a photo with a unique background, anything you want. There can only be one submission per person so choose your best picture. Those who send more than one photo will have one of their pictures randomly selected.

Deadline for entries will be July 15th, 2010. Top 16 photos will be chosen by Wiring Specialties staff. The top 16 photos will then be randomly put into brackets where they will go head to head against other sweet 16 finalists. Viewers will then cast their votes for who they think should move on to the next round.

All submissions should be sent to [email protected]

Winning photo will receive their choice of a SR or RB engine conversion harness, pre-made or custom made to your S-Chassis application. Shipping of the harness will be included for free.

Thank you and good luck!

It cannot be photoshopped, sorry.
And that is not a bad idea giving it to your friend. You can use it to replace your old harness, maybe for a new project car, use it as a gift or sell it. There are lots of possibilities.

Been receiving some great submissions for the contest. Keep them coming! There's a free harness in it for the winner!

If that's your car in your sig, it's sexy as hell. Try and find a nice background, and get a good pic. I'm sure a friend would let you borrow a nice camera.

Those this mean the picture has to be 100% untouched.
Or just meaning you can't lets say photoshop someone else wheels, spoiler, color, girlfriend, ect... on your car.

I'll send you mine anyways and see if it falls within the rules.

Mine was touched up with PS, nothing like edited for maximum lowness or more smoke or more angle or more badassery, just levels, hues, and saturation. I got an email response saying thanks for the submission, so you'll be fine with a touched up photo.

Hahahaha that should have been your submission. I'd post my submission, but I don't want it's effect to wear off before voting begins, naa meannnnn?

I really just want to see all the submissions, considering this is probably posted on Zilvia as well as other s chassis forums there should be a wide range of pictures to drool over.

Your car is very nice. There is lots of time left so take a cruise and find a nice scenic background. Play with different camera angles and send us your best!

LOL just a little bit.
As long as I can open it. It will be resized in the long run to fit on the website but aspect ratios will be locked in so the photo is not skewed.

As untouched as possible. Definitely no over the top photo chopping. If it looks to good to be true then we will ask for additional photos to be sure.

Staying in the spirit and friendliness of the competition, the more untouched the better.
