Phone numbers listed has disappeared

Hello everyone,

I'm a owner of new to me 06 M35 and I have iPhone 5 which doesn't upload the phone book automatically. I have manually saved 40 favorite numbers and all of a sudden my phone book is empty. I don't recall a delete all feature that I accidentally did or anything else. Does any one ever had their stored numbers disappear and how did they fix it. Thanks in advance

Sorry to hear about that trouble. I have a 2007 M and use an HTC mobile. About 6 months ago - lost two numbers that I know were saved because 2 days prior, I had the lady that lives in my glovebox dial it. I re-saved them both and so far she hasn't lost them. I guess I was lucky that I only had to replace two numbers. I also have trouble with that lady understanding my commands at times. Sometimes I'll tell her a name to dial and she picks a trac on one of the CDs or name that can no way be confused with the name I told her. I am an Eaton grad and speak clear proper English ! Infiniti needs to sack her and find a proper Brit woman who dosen't mind living in a glove box.

Thanks for responding, I guess the lady in the glove might have been extra helpful and deleted them all, back to restoring.
