Has anyone figured out what the Phone Book Setup options are for:
1. Auto Download - on/off
2. Automatic Hold - on/off
3. Vehicle ring tone - on/off

I could not find any instructions on these in the owners manual. My guesses are as follows:
1. Auto Download - refreshes any phonebook entires that I modified/added on my cell phone
2. Automatic Hold - no idea?
3. Vehicle ring tone - obvious enough, but I could not find where to set/change the ring tone itself.

Thanks in advance

Auto Download
When this item is activated, the phonebook of a hands-free phone is automatically downloaded at the same time that the hands-free phone is connected. When this item is active, the system will automatically re-download the entries registered in the connected phone even if you attempt to delete the entries.

Automatic Hold
When this function is activated, an incoming phone call is automatically held.

Vehicle Ringtone
When this function is activated, a specific ringtone that is different from the cellular phone will sound when receiving a call. (Should be located under Settings->Phone->Volume)

Many thanks much for digging this up! My bad - somehow I missed that in the owners manual.

Automatic Hold is an interesting feature that kills the ringer in the car after the first ring and informs the caller with a automated repeating message that they are being placed on hold until I pick up the call.

Noteworthy is that there does not seem to be a way to change the ring tone itself. The Settings-->Phone-->Volume option only permits you to change the volume of the ringer. Clearly not a critical feature either way, but a cool option if the software includes it in the future.

Thanks

Yeah. At first you think you can change the ringtone but it's just an on/off setting. Maybe in the future that option will be available.
