(Philly Locals) Conshohoken State Road

I was just curious how many people in the Philly area run up and down Conshohoken State Road (State Route 23). I usually try to get up there every so often and run it down hill from the Blue Route all the way to City Line Ave, but haven't seen anyone else up there. Was just wondering if anyone on here runs it or if there are any other good Touge spots in the Philly area where I can go once the car is back on the road. Would love to get out there and do a touge with a couple other cars.

Forgive my ignorance, but what's a "Touge"?

I go to school in Philly. Right outside of Plymouth Meeting actually. I drive a G50 Q45.
