Does anyone on here know where I could get a set of Philips Ultinon 6700k D2S Bulbs? Very interested in them.

I was reading about these bulbs on the clublexus forums and they seem to be really good bulbs. That site was where I was able to read/learn about them more and see pictures of installs.

You can purchase the Philips Ultinon 6,700K D2S Bulbs here: http://www.nigel-jdmparts.com/Philips-H ... ight-bulbs

What color are you trying to project? These bulbs are whiter than lesser expensive bulbs of the same Kelvin, meaning, a Philips 5,000K or 6,000K bulb is more like 4,300 color and the 6,700 is more like a 5,000K-5,700K color. If you want a mostly white, with the slightest of blue, get the 6,700K. If you want more of a stock color, purchase either of these:

Philips Ultinon 5,000K: http://www.nigel-jdmparts.com/Philips-H ... ht-bulbs-1 (Regarding this one: Make sure to double-check with the website if you are indeed ordering the D2S size because the hyperlink says "d4s" in it instead of "d2s").

Philips Ultinon 6,000K: http://www.nigel-jdmparts.com/Philips-H ... ight-bulbs

Let us know what you purchase and please post pics!

I'm actually looking for a kinda purplish tint. That's why i was liking the 6700k cause they have a better output color and gives it more of the purplish tint I am looking for.

I haven't seen the Philips Ultinon 6,700K blubs in person, but based on the pictures I've seen and the light output temperature explanations I've read, you'll be getting more of a bright white and slight blue color, instead of the 8,000K and higher Kelvin purplish tint that you are looking for.
