Ivan told me there won't be any in production. It was very expensive to build and not worth marketing. Probably $1200+

Ivan is working on a street version which will be alot cheaper than the race mani Ivan and I own. He has some great ideas for the street version so stay tuned.

Nothing wrong with promoting a sponsor, especially if he's the only one on the market with a intake manifold actually for sale...

I agree, but this isnt promoting. I think its called thread crapping since the title of the thread specifically asked about the PK mani. And if you are gonna thread crap......at least do it with class. And I have not seen the BD mani anyways so "the only one on the market" may not have anything behind it if you know what I mean.

I diagree:

All i see is Ivans friends signing up and starting threads linking to his business and products just to make a buzz and also attacking competitors, at this point I really dont care who is a sponsor.

This is orchestrated spamming and my patience is wearing thin,..... did you guys really think we wouldnt notice something like this?

As a moderator I'm supposed to maintain an impartial view to most of the goings on. It may be difficult at times, but I think I manage. In the opening post, the member clearly states,

"I've not seen an intake manifold made for these motors other than the Ivan posted but if there is lmk..."

So Seabrook posted a link to the BD mani. Which is exactly like what was asked for. So your "thread crapping" statement doesn't hold water.

The battle between PhatKAT and BD is to be kept of of these boards. Ivan has been told about the advertising thing, he declined. Unfortunatly he doesn't even come on these boards very much anymore. Which does nothing but hurt our newer members who might have questions he could answer. And threads like this are the reason we have rules in place.

Almost every post you've made in here has referenced PhatKat and bashed BD. Well we simply can't tolerate that. In a way Fred is right, this could be considered a mild way of spamming. Any other members caught spamming have their IP's banned immediatly. This isn't a threat, it's simple fact. I'd like to think we welcome anyone who has any interest/knowledge to these forums. I believe you have both. So quit being an advertising rep for 2 seconds and hang out.

WD is 100% right. BD has to PAY for their ads, so granted they should be mentioned. Being that they actually have a mani available right now, it answered the question of where to get a intake manifold. If Ivan is coming out with a manifold then that's great, but it's not available right now is it? Maybe you need to stop swinging nr.

Just because you can add something to your shopping cart it doesnt mean its available. BTW at least Ivan has something to swing off of.

Well I don't see anything at all for a manifold from Ivan, talking is one thing....showing something is another. I'll leave the swinging part between you and Ivan though

There is no pics of the street mani from PK, but there is plenty of the race mani on all of the 240 boards. I actually own one believe it or not. If someone really wanted a race mani from PK Im sure Ivan can have it made. Judging by how much money an average KA fan has to spend it wasnt logical for Ivan to make more. He decided to concentrate on other things for the KA. So there is only 2 race manis made as of now. The Supra race manifolds are selling like hot cakes though. They do differ in design a bit as the KA one was designed just for the KA and thats it. There is not going to be any info available about the street mani until its out.......why share ideas. Last time Ivan did that the competition had to redesign they product

Ivan's sack must be blue by now.

Why don't you let him comment for himself.

I consider Ivan a Friend, so having his name dragged around in here being represented by someone who I feel is blindly speaking his mind because he lacks a filter between his mouth and his brain really bothers me.

If anyone has tried to purchase a manifold from BD and has a problem with the ordering or quality of the product then he can feel free to post such claims. Until that time arrives, I'm assuming PJ's is the only intake available on the market...period dot.

If Ivan makes a new intake manifold, fantastic, but the last time I talked with Ivan he was extremely busy with 1000 other projects. To include his own forums. So he has plenty of his own space to market his products. As a friend of mine I hope he makes enough money that someday when I retire I'll be working for him. But right now we're talking about someone who's just talking trash and stirring up publicity. I'd consider this your last warning. If you don't like it, take it up with any of our site Admins. Bye Bye now...

If someone really wanted a race mani from BRM, I could have it made. Hell, Martha Stewart could make a goddam KA manifold given enough $.

This isn't "top-secret underground lab Area 51" crap we're talking about. It's a goddam manifold for a puny truck motor, and there have been others made.

Criminy. Makes it sound like he's invented a flux capacitor or found a cure for AIDS for crying out loud.

And the nut-swinging comment was uncalled for. Mr. Seabrooke works for the company.

Any more drama in here and folks are gonna start disappearing. It's not too much to ask.

(sorry, I'm a tad testy today)
