Hey fellas. I have a question. I have a Phase Linear double din cd/dvd player in my Q now. The unit works fine right now...no issues until now. My friend has a 30GB Zune mp3 player. He has videos on it so I tried to play a video on my dvd player. I figured that I will try to use his unit before I go out and purchase the iPod classic for video capability.

Well I hooked it up to the Aux In with the male 2.5 mm to 3.5 mm a/v cable that was included with the cd player. Well I was able to get audio to come from the video, but there was NO video....just words. Is there something simple that I'm missing? Is there setting on the Zune player. I want to get this corrected before i purchase the Classic. That would rather use the iPod Classic for videos instead of using dvd's.

Here are the cd player's specs;7" DVD Touch screen display front panel aux in male 2.5 mm to 3.5 mm a/v cable included male 2.5 mm to male RCA a/v cable included 2 composite video outputs back up camera input 40 Watts x 4 power output WMA DVD MP3 ID3 tag Screen tilt adjustment 336960 pixels 44 key infrared remote control Front, rear and subwoofer output 3 preset EQ curves GIGA MP3 1500 mp3's on one disc (DVD) screen cleaning cloth cosmetic trim ring

Are you pluggin in the cable in to the front or the back of the unit. The description makes it sound like the audio/video input is on the back.

No, the aux in is in the front of the unit.

Right. But it sounds like the one that will do video migth be on the back. Other than that check your owners manual.
