I kep my car pretty tidy, it's usually very clean. But since it started raining I have been seeing ants in my car. Finding some on my radio, arm, legs, steering wheels. Just one or 2 ants, no big deal. Then I opened the passesnger door and bam! on the rail i see a bunch of ants covering the rail. any idea of how to get rid of these varmints??

carb cleaner, and find out what there going too. you could also put in some of those ant traps that look like little pavilions

That would piss me off. Good luck getting rid of them, i have no suggestions how though, haha.

Ive got the same thing. Car was sitting for awhile, and now theres an infestation. If I was you, I would life up every peice pf carpet and go to the metal. There will be little nests in the rug matting stuff.....

Kill them and take care of it. Good luck and let me know what you do....

no i didnt spill soda or nuthin. Thyere just coming from under the rail. Maybe cause of the rain? Looks like im gonna hafta take off the rail guard. cant i just use a bug bomb or something?

ah ok. well i took off the plastic rail and i was like "Ohhhh Sh*t!". I sprayed raid all over while they ran for cover. They were coming from the holes under the plastic rail. not sure what to do now, nuke em?

haha take it to a paint shop and see if they have an oven to bake the paint in...that'd be funny to try and cook them...

or you can just put the little ant things in them...

All I can think of would be ant traps, if not maybe call a bug exterminator for ideas.

well if there in the body like that, i would spray some carb or brake cleaner down there, it will kill them instantly and the vapors will kill the remanders. and yes you can bomb them, a while ago some guy on here bombed his car because he had spiders in it, but if there not in the car, it wont help.
