is this ^^^^^^^^ correct?

and lastly, if you look dead center of the first picture, it shows an "A" with an arrow and the rubber tubing running to the charcoal canister which i just found out is in the rear of my car. how exactly do i remove that whole canister box under my rear passenger bumper? it looks like one of the lines runs to the gas tank? :gotme not too sure. but if i cant figure it out im just gonna leave it.... any help would be greatly appreciated.

Anyways this is a good diagram and good question. Can you remove evap and and the 1 way valve if you just cap off the lines in green above?

The EVAP system is a good one for keeping the environment clean and it doesn't eat away at your horsepower one bit. It allows you to actually use and burn your gas fumes instead of letting them vent untreated into the atmosphere. That's good for both your car and your air. It's not like the EGR system (which is also pretty good for the environment, but affects performance). Read up on it, know how it works, then decide if you still want to remove it. If you do, then you'll know how because you educated yourself. I read up on it and decided to repair mine.

Is there a way to trick the ecu to think its still there. My check engin light is on due to the codes saying there is a fault with it because it was deleted

Not that I'm aware of. You can prevent P04xx codes from the tank by wiring the ECM straight to ignition power instead of through the ECCS Relay, then dummying all the solenoid coils with resistors. However, there's no simple way to dummy purge system pressure. You'll still get codes for either the Evap Pressure sensor or the purge hardware.
