Personlized Plate in CAD?

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Hello,

I have ordered plates from the issuing office and had a lot of trouble getting it transferred from the old plates. I have been chasing them for the past 2 days, driving across the city getting the necessary documents since they cannot explain correctly to me of what I need. I will try again Monday. It seems as if they do not want me to put on these plates, as if they are jealous or something.

Is there a number I can call to make my complaint? Or is the government of canada useless to complain to? What I am looking for is either compensation for my time wasted, and how they have treated me there, OR making sure those people get proper etiquette and training.

License Plates in Canada are issued by the Province's and NOT by the Government of Canada.

Are you an American looking to register a Vehicle in Canada ? You seem like you are unaware of the fact that most vehicle registration places have long line-ups and sometimes fustrating rules and regulations.

As for getting compensation for your lost time... good luck. It might make you feel better to rant and fly off the handle... but it's not going to get you anywhere, because they don't care. If you want proper etiquette, be sure to give them proper etiquette of your own.

My 2 cents...

Let's just forget about this thread. I was just upset how the employees handled themselves that is all. Honestly, I have proper etiquette I was very calm and kind. Even today, but the issue is they don't know how to do things themselves, every time I visited them, they had to call hot-line, to ask how to do each step. That is why I kept wasting my time. None of the employees had a clue of what to do.
