Permenant Sleepy Eye Conversion Help.

I don't know if this topic is posted any where else because I tried to find it but had no luck. But I am trying to find out where to find the headlamps to do the permenant sleepy eye. I have heard there are many but I just cant seem to find them. Also if there is a site for the installation or a thread for all of this. If someone could send me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. Here is the conversion I am looking for. Thanks
