permanent sleepy eye

so i was at Formula D today and seen an S13 with fixed sleepy eye mod, looked like he had piaa lights but the headlight cover part. was completly straight. is this a kit or a custom job?(im talking about the head light cover part)

I think i know what hes talking about its the shark eye's i think thats what they are called. I cant explain it but i know what it is.

on my 240 at the very edge it has a little lip (that goes down toward the bumber to make it look flush) but on this car it was completly straight. i will trya nd find a pic of the car. so you guys can see what i am talking about.

image the stock pop up heald light covers but tottaly level. no little lip. thats what it was. then there was a bracket on the side holding them in the sleepy eye position. and then they where using what looked like the PIAA tri beams. You can see in this pic how the stock headlight cover curves. the ones i seen today were straight.

One way to do a permanent sleepy eye, is turn the manual raise/lower to where you want. Then unplug the headlight retention fuse beside the battery, this works with lights on and off.
