Permanent power source for dashcam

I have a 2006 Sentra. I am planning to install a dashcam, but I would love to have a fixed permanent power source so that as soon the vehicle is started, the recording starts. How do I achieve this. I don't want to see a dangling wire in the center.

Any ideas?
