Period specific Wheels. AKA: "old skool JDM"

I know that most of our cars arent THAT old, especially the 240sx, But I’d like to get a list going for options of period specific wheels that were available and/or popular in Japan, when our cars were NEW, (early 90’s)

Now a days, these types of wheels are usually seen as “old school” or “rare”, because they either aren’t made any more or are made only on special order.

Pics, specs, availablility. Any info you have!

When I’m flipping through the pages of GRM, or other automotive mag, and see ads for wheels available and popular today it makes me wonder what those ads could have looked like 20 years ago

I know the Advan AVS VS-6 were pretty damn close if not right on when i had them on my 93 coupe.

That link just tells you the name of wheels, not when they were sold/made.
