I have locally sourced a N/A Manual Transmission and a bunch of additional parts. I just wanted to confirm with people here if my parts list is complete:

Parts from local source:
-Used 5 Speed NA Transmission
-Clutch Master Cylinder
-Stock Clutch and Brake Pedals
-Shifter Fork
-2x Rubber Shifter Boots
-Shifter Brace
-Transmission Bellhousing Bolts x10
-5spd Flywheel Bolts x8
-Pressure Plate Bolts and Washers x9
-5spd Transmission to Engine Plates x2

Parts I'm purchasing:
-New Bronze Shifter Bushings x2
-Nismo Transmission Mount
-Z1 Short Throw Shifter (RHD)
-New Slave Cylinder
-SpecialtyZ SS Braided clutch line
-SZ/RPS TT Flywheel (Bellhousing will be expanded to fit it)
-SZ/RPS 6 Puck Clutch (TT)
-ZSpeed Performance Solid Shift Mount
-Wiring Specialties Alt to Trans Harness
-OEM Shifter Boot
-OEM Shift Boot Retainer
-JDM Red Stitched Leather Shift Knob
-Inland Empire 1 Piece Aluminum Driveshaft

I know it doesn't come with a shifter assembly, anyone know where I can find that? Do I even need it with the short shifter and shift mount?

Anything else missing?

Thanks!

Seems to be the same for all z32 models.

Dont need the bronze bushing if you are going with the Z1 shifter, they come with built in roller bearings.
Z1 shifter will bolt directly onto the Zspeed solid shifter mount, just be sure to specify Z1 shifter when ordering.

You may need a starter shim and may need to grind part of the bell housing. Z1's site has a tech article on it.

Three quarts of your poison for trans fluid. Redline has a good synthetic fluid. Also make sure the brake assembly has a good NSS and the trans has a good reverse switch and neutral switch. They are a PIA to replace if trans is in the car. All looks good though.

There are some good wiring write ups on the conversion, but most do not have pics. It can get confusing.

It may be beneficial to you to do some other items while you're down there.
Things like the Clutch Pivot Ball and Throw-Out Bearing should be replaced and depending on the condition of the transmission you get you may need to replace the clutch fork (if it even comes with one) then to accompany that the rubber boot for the clutch fork. (Again all this depends on the condition the originals are in) Also for the swap you will need a manual pilot bushing. (Good luck getting the automatic pilot bushing out)
I have a brand new Throw-Out Bearing and Pilot Bushing for sale if you're interested.

Then lastly, while your transmission is out it may be a good time to do your rear main seal.

I don't know if you've read this already but here is he parts list from the Z1 article:

I just barely got done with my 5spd swap, let me know if you have any questions.

I have a friend locally who is an AMSOil rep, so I get really good quality fluids for dirt cheap.

Thanks for all the info everyone. I'll be sure to check on the reverse and neutral switches, Clutch Pivot Ball, Throw-Out Bearing and Rubber Boot. I'll have to look into a starter shim and whatever a NSS is on a brake assembly.
