I have an aftermarket air intake and a 5/8 intake manifold spacer. Will adding just these performance parts to my 2004 FX35 benefit the cars horsepower, etc? Are there any negatives to adding these parts, such as gas mileage, computer and sensors issues, etc? I guess I'm trying to decide whether to spend the money and have them installed. Thanks.

Intake and plenum spacer will improve the performance a lil bit, dont expect huge gains though. The plenum spacer IMHO is the best investment for the vq35 engine.
