Performance parts for my '71 521

Just bought a one-owner 71 Datsun 521 pickup for $100, it runs but with carb trouble, and needs a new master cylinder also. I was going to rebuild the motor and was wondering if anyone knows whether or not performance parts are available,.. looking for larger diameter pistons preferably flat top, bigger cam, etc ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!

i can get you a new master cylinder from BAP import parts here in Phoenix, AZ. i did an engine swap in mine 71. i took out the running 1600 and rebuilt a 1800 that came with my spare parts truck. it came out of a 75 620 p/u and i have 2 weber carbs and a hitachi carb that i had rebuilt. i have a header for it that i am not using. it is powdercoated silver.
