I have a 99 q45 infiniti and I've been trying to find performance parts for it not sure if I'm looking in the right places but I'm not having very good luck I'm looking for a super charger or a way that I can connect both sides of v8 to one turbo and dose anyone know where I can find coil overs or regular suspension with spindle for under 1500 dollars for front and rear mine are bad it's at the right level but you can feel a grain of sand and is there any cat back systems for it or programed ecus that 100 work for it or plug n plays that work for it I've found some things but I wlays talk my self out of getting them cause I don't 100 percent know if it'll work and I got so much money put into it already I don't wanna waste money on things that won't work and is there and nissans that have interchangeable parts for q45

Coilovers with spindles under $1,500: https://meganracing.com//mr-cdk-iq97-v2-4282

Short answer on everything else, no. But anything is possible if you throw enough money at it.

EXCLUDES Touring models / Long spindles / M14 pie studs behind the hub
BC Racing has a set with spindles also, but they are $1,750. Otherwise look into ones from Japanese companies, but you will pay more.
