Performance Parts Cross-Compatibility

Hello everyone,

First, I would like to open with hearty thank you to everyone on this forum that lends their expertise, their past tribulations, their advice, and most of all, their genuine concern for the issues facing fellow Nissan/Infiniti enthusiasts. It is always a pleasure to read up on the latest news and some of the topics that circulate inside these types of forums.

This will be my first post, so I hope that I am inserting it into the appropriate location.

For some time now I have been looking to do some upgrading to my '06 Altima 3.5 SE. I love the car and so far I have installed an AEM cold-air intake, Vogtland lowering springs, 18" wheels, Nitto 245/40R-18 tires, slotted-drilled rotors, ceramic pads, GR2 shocks/struts, a kickin' sound system, tinted windows, and a Greddy EVO-2 Cat-Back exhaust (sounds wonderful BTW!).

Anyhow, I am looking to do more but all of my searching and endless Google based inquiries have resulted in very little. Recently, I had somewhat of an epiphany which came about as I was replacing the rotors and pads on my wife's Infiniti FX-35 (I know, I know, here I am stuck with the Nissan...right?!!).

My question to those of you that know more than I would be, is there some kind of cross-reference diagram/manual/whatever that would show me what parts are interchangeable between my 3.5SE and an Infiniti G35 or 350Z? I am sure something like this exists, but I can't seem to locate anything. It just makes sense to me that if the VQ35DE is used in so many Nissan/Infiniti models, that I could locate more aftermarket and performance items for my Altima.

If anyone knows of this magical document's existence, please let me know.
