I saw this muffler on ebay. It says that it'll change my Q's sound and boost HP by 10HP. What do you guys think? Please view this and let me know if I should purchase it for my Q. You guys are the experts. I haven't even had my Q for a full week yet. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...wItem

It will "work" but its not bolt on... and plus, you'd need 2 of them since its only a single in/single out.

If you want a "performance" muffler get a dual in dual and replace the rear "bathtub", or just cut it out and see how you like it!!!

"performance" being the key concept. Don't expect more than 5HP if you are lucky, but a lot more noise.

You could learn a lot by reading Q45tech's posts on the subject.

Thats a single in dual out muffler..... NO GOOD..

Honestly, heres what I would do, im actually going to do this on another persons Q. Get out your sawzall, hack off the rear muffler and see where you are.... If you like the way it sounds, have your exhaust shop weld up some pipes and a nice set of tips... if you think its too loud, get a dual in dual out muffler from dynomax or whatever your shop recommends and they can install it for you...
