Stew here, I have 2011 m56s with high miles and started the process of removing the engine. DOES ANYBODY KNOW ANY GOOD PERFORMANCE SHOPS OR MACHINE SHOPS THE SPECIALIZE IN THE VK56 ENGINE?

I live in lafayette, La but I travel to Houston, Tx and Dallas. So if someone can recommend a machine shop that's familiar with vk56de engine it will be gratefully appreciated. Thanks in advance!

This place in Sherevport makes some parts for 5.6L (mostly truck I believe), but maybe they would have a lead.

Check out [email protected] he builds VQ37's - I believe he is in LA too. The engines are pretty close, so getting whatever you need done should be easy.

I can't speak if he does our V8s. Seeing what he did to my friends Integra GSR, I was going to contact him when I had my G37. Just never did it.

His website has looked the same for years. Might be worth a call. He is in the Torrance CA area.
