performance coil/cam?

Ive grown up being a hotrod guy but the price of gas forced me to buy an import. its been 2 months now and Im am amazed by my 89 240sx its proven to be more fun than most of my hotrods. however you know how it goes good is good but better is better Ive put a compleat performance exhaust on the car a custom cold air kit, electric fan, and a tune up done to the car so far . I want to beef up my ignition, so I called up summit racing to try and find a performance coil, the guy on the other end laffed and told me to rub a lamp. does anyone know of any performance coils for an 89 240? also comp cams offers a performance cam with 214/214 duration .420/.420 lift and 110 lobe seporation. with that much lobe it would seem to me that I would loose some of my ability to rev up as quick. does any one know any different?

For the coil, I found this in the FAQ:

Yes, it will. I have a 90 240sx (porting, pulley, centerforce, no secondary butterfly, intake & exhaust, Magnacore wire, Tirque master plugs, electric fan. After installing the performance coil ($44 1800 345 4545) I immediately felt that the car got smother--I could hear it(my idel was rought because of no secondary butterfly). When I drove it I could feel that it reved better and there was a performance gain (2-3 hp). My car got quieter at 70 mph and I am getting better gas milage. I think itis woth getting.
