Do you really feel / get the +20 hp gain? And on the tune that you get the gain, does your mpg suffer as a result?

I don't think it's +20 hp lol. my car takes off quicker and pulls a lot harder in mid rpm and as for mpg, I still get about 450mpg per full tank
