Performance Chip - QX4

New here everyone - I'll post some pictures of my 2000 QX4 when I get a chance.

Stumbled on a performance chip for QX4 (97-03) on eBay advertised as adding 75 HP or better fuel economy, etc. Wondering of anyone has tried one of these? I have doubts, especially for the few dollars cost, but wanted another opinion. I have seen few different options - here is the latest one:

I say stumbled becuase I was actually looking for the spark plug tools that came OEM. Mine seem to have walked away over the years...Anyone has an idea where to find these it'd be appreciated.

Fail.

Those don't work, or worse, will mess up your car. Real improvements take some real money.
