I don't know anyone who has one for their Z but I know someone who bought one for his Jeep wrangler and he said it made his engine idle at 3000 RPM so he sent it back.

I was mistaken - I talked to my friend with the Jeep Wrangler and he said it was a Jet Chip that made his Jeep idle at 3000 RPM, not an RS4 chip.

Taken from the testimonials:

I needed my car to go faster and I didn’t want the mess of a supercharger or turbo. I picked up the RS4 chip and now I’m going faster than I ever thought possible with such a simple upgrade! Added exhaust and an intake and my power gains were even more! I’ve got one true racecar now!
