performance chip brand recommendation

Hey guys i'm new to this club and i would love to get some insight. I have an 09 altima coupe 3.5 and i want to add a stage 1 performance chip on it and maybe an obd2 modulator soon. I want to know what it a good brand? I saw that GTE has alot of sales and ask if it is a good brand. Thank you guys! looking forward to some great insight

I agree with Seldomseen UpRev is probably the way to go although I'm NOT speaking from experience. When I go get mine tuned in a few months that's who I'm gonna go with. There's also Bullydog and I'm sure there are shops in your area that can tune it as well.

I've seen from other members here that bullydog is a lot of placebo and not much performance. Uprev takes your car's ECU, gets the rom, reads your ECU on a dyno, and recompiles the rom for maximum gains from anything you put on. Hold off on Uprev until you have all performance mods you plan to get. Otherwise you'll have to retune to see max performance from the additional parts.

I'm considering the Stillen underdrive pulley or 2JRacing lightened pulley (can't tell from the website if its underdrive or not), so I haven't used Uprev yet.
