Performance upgardes for 1st year OBD II VH45DE with neutered intake camshaft advance are 0, as in none.

Appearance items like you seek may be found on Yahoo Japan. They love the Q45 stuff, so maybe you can trade?

You will see there are no benefits other than sound from an "modified exhaust"

Why not just sell it and purchase a v6 Accord/Altima/Camry if you need a faster car? Tons of tacky extras/add-ons/ cheesy clear tail lamps and blue bulbs and LEDs/ fart can exhausts available for those models to separate the kids from their money.

the comment wasnt the issue...i asked for comments on parts and where to get them, and didnt say nothin about sellin it to put cheesy parts on it...so maybe the comment was the issue.

Some one is already working on projection headlights for the 1990-1993 Q45.

This guy has everything else except for the mirrors with flashers. But you can custom make those. zerothread?id=384619

But like Q45tech said you come in here and ask for FREE HELP!!! and then you get mad when you don't get the answer you want. It took 2 min of searching and mostly remembering when Tbrack has for sale, You didn't do that otherwise you wouldn't be making this topic.

And if you think your being singled out, look at some of my oldest posts and you will see.

But ultimately that stuff will give you little satisfaction unlike a Q45 that runs like new in EVERY WAY!

eBay is the way to go, tons of parts for all kinds of mods. Get creative and modify other model parts to fit, like exhaust.

There is plenty you can do.For headlight projectors you can get a spare Q45 headlight and get the J30 projectors and retro fit.Depends if you use H4 or 9006 cause the J30 has High beams and low projectors so if you got H4 you can use high beams as Fogs.

Tail lights you can tint or also bake em and take the diffuser out it'll make them a bit darker.

Cluster you can take them apart and put LED lights like white, blue, red, green, etc. This goes also for climate control, transmission where it says P R N D, eindow switches, dome lights, map lights, etc.

One mod I did and nobody else did when I had mine was bake the corners, on my 93, take it apart and paint the chrome parts inside orange then put it back together.Looked real JDM hahaha.

Pillars you can search on Ebay for "JDM Q45" and get some chrome pillars or search "Q45" and you'll get a bunch.

You can do the 1st gear TCU which I got one from a 93 for sale.If you want it let me know dirt cheap I'll sale.

For more performance you can take the Plenum off and clean it out, while your at it sand blast it [outside only and cover all holes so none gets inside] and make it look brand new then clean the inside very very clean. Then you can clean throttle body etc.

Intake is something you can do for Performance if you build it in a closed box cause other then that your just sucking in HOT air from engine bay and OEM is known to work as a Cold air too.Atleast in my 93 it did.

I think that's all for now oh and for mirrors call Panda Garage ask for G50/President mirrors they are chrome and flip open and close automatically if you install them right.Good luck and ignore all the dumb comments that you think are useless it'll save time from arguing.Keep us posted.

Bwahahaha too bad I've done all these to my Q.

You can also to custom exhaust but it's all personal preference don't worry about what others say.

That has to result in less lumens than the stock Sylvania Halogens.

Can't wait for a picture of the 20" roof spoiler. I think U-Haul sells them.

No such thing as 12,000 watt HID headlights.......dont exist, period......you need to get educated before purchasing fairytales!!!!

FYI- 99% of HID headlamps use 35 watt bulbs, and you MIGHT find some Chinese junk that advertises 55 watt, but in reality they are probably still 35 watt.

12,000 watt........doesnt exist, and if it did, your battery and alternator could not come anywhere close to providing the juice to operate them, sucker

No!NO!not fo's please anything but rims bigger that 22's.Get some 19in with stretched tires and either lower with springs or coilovers then you'll have a great car.Thats if you want cause 24's will just kill your brakes real fast and it's bad.Save the brake and save some money.12k HID is all bad too wait til you hit fog cause you won't see NUTHING fool hahaha.

55watt Chinese bulbs?Hahaha where you get those at though I have bought 55watt bulbs they cost $45 a pair and trust me I did see way BETTER.

See Paul know's whats up he's open to things even though most that I've have been totally like WHy just why to him hahaha...

Lumens have nothing to do where you are or if there is fog.

You must learn how to use Google and read.

When you go to the Ghetto let me know okay.Word of advice you won't last.Even on OEM 15 or 24's.

Well Miami has them donks and if your gonna convert a Q45, no offense, into a donk sell it and get a right platform.Them 22's will eat your brakes like butter and thats a fact.Think about it before you make decisions.Word of advice from someone who likes Donks, Scrappers, Lowriders, Muscle cars, etc.Only reason why I don't have a Donk is cause I can't afford Brembo big brakes.

Good luck with your build.Oh yeah and don't go to VIP forum on here cause it's strictly for VIP culture.Check it out though maybe you want to get into it or get curtains in the Q.Reason why they try and send you there is cause they know nothing about tuning here but more of Tech help.

Well they know about tuning but they anal about OEM parts which always fail also.

U dont need Big brakes just to run 24z! I have them on my Trans Am and my brakes wear no faster than my stock 17's. Donks are not classified by what u see or hear from "pimp my ride" so my car wont be a "donk" it will just be a Q45 on 24z

You can do a lot...

What I did: i used the ram-air style intake piece from the 90-93 Q45 so its the stock airbox and gives the most power/torque. Also clean the tubing REGURALY... that feels like a 10HP improvement + better gas mileage. Do a plenum job (replace all hoses) and thats much more response.

Much performance comes from restoring it to new.
