Perfect stance wheel size and offset

So im wondering what would be the perfect offset for a "stanced" look without way too much fender rolling, I'm wanting at least rear: 18x9 front: 18x8 i just need to know the perfect offset lol. also is there a stock camber adjustment because after i slammed my car my driver side rear tire has way more camber than the rest of my wheels and its bothering me haha
