I used 3 90 degree bends to make my intake side.. i did it in 3 inch on the intake side, and the exhaust side is still 2 inch stock piping.. easy done.

Rex,

Do you have any overhead shots of the IC clearing the bumper support? I like how that looks, how hard was it to secure the IC there?

thanks,

-Matt

Hey, arh, it didn't really clear that bumper support lol, i had to cut it out a bit, but to the untrained eye you wouldnt pick it.. did it nice and neat

Holding the cooler up is 2 bits of 20mm angline.. like the l shaped metal.. i've hit curbs and all sortsa ****, and that cooler diffintely ain't moving at all..

Thats the only other photo i have right now of how it sits in the front bar.. i'll try to get you some different ones during the week.

we didn't work off any dimensions, jut bought some bends and cut them too size on the fly.. it was pretty easy.. just cut a whole through the battery tray and done.. simple.

No, you're thinking of safety wire.

The exhuast shop i went to orders in bends and keeps them in stock, from 1 inch all the way upto 5 inch for trucks and things.. i just bought 3 bends, went into the shed, and hacked them up. i think they were like $aus30 each.

every connection is a potential leak, keep them to a minimum.

Mine had 1 at the cooler, 1 where it comes thorough the battery tray, and 1 at the intake... the other side has 4 or 5, but its dodgily done for now.

none, my vaccum registers around -20.. on boost measures 12 psi ( no boost controller, for some reason my boost has decided to sit here after dump pipe and exhaust work.. )

i check ed it using light mix of water and detergent, to see if it bubbles.. no hassles at all..

I think he meant angle-iron.
