yeah, that's right folks, cop cars are slow, the real performer is the motorola.
thought the Mustangs and Camaros and random seized cars and of course the helicopter are usually pretty fast...

I know a girl that was going 90 on a highway that's pretty busy, but it was near 3:00 AM. The cop tailed her, with no lights, all the way to her house, then when she pulled into her driveway, he hit the sirens and lights and the megaphone "PULL OVER NOW MAAM", purposely waking everyone in the neighborhood.
She responded with **** you you ******* why did you tail me like that? and some more choice words.
Well, long story short, she got a ticket for reckless driving, failure to signal, failure to stop at a light, failure to stop at a stop sign, harassing a police officer, abusing a police officer, and something else.
She's a lawyer's goldmine.

ok here goes...me and my dad in his fairly new G35 6MT on the hiway going down to Virginia Tech...this is at like 2am...

Dad: sure no problem
Officer: do you have any idea how fast you were going?
Dad: not exactly, i didnt think i was going too fast, you see, this car in front of me was driving a bit wrecklessly and it was making me and my son nervous, so i passed him
Officer: sir, i watched you pass that car.
Dad: ok, so what's the problem?
Officer: you passed him over a mile ago sir, and you still maintained your speed of 110 mph since you did so

i know a girl that was in a class of mine in high school, she was braggin about how she was giogn about 65 in a school zone while kids were present, the cop pulled her over, and she just cried her way out of a ticket. jeez....
i've found OC cops to be alot more relaxed. i was at a party, the cops busted it, so everyone was piling out, my friend falls face flat right in front of a cop, he's 19, and says, "oh no don't worry about me officer i'm not drunk, i'm just doing push ups" the cop takes a look at him and just says "go home" haha, i thought for srue he would've got cuffed.
another time a neighbor of mine was drinking in his lawn, and he was being loud w/his buddies, so a patrolling officer pulls over and asks "what're you guys doing" and he says "mindin our own business like you should mind yours" the cop gets out of the car, grabs him by the shirt and pulls him in, he spent the night in jail, hehe, grumpy grumpy.

Heh, I could sympathize with that . . . my junior year killed me, over 20 hours a week of work at a CVS, and then a crazy course load (AP and stuff). God help me if I don't get into VT, don't really want to go anyplace else. (Also applied at UVa, but I'm sure you know their reputation with out-of-state students :-). Good luck with it man, you could always change your mind . . .
