pedal gets stuck

When its colderout and im either stopped or taking a corner while coasting when I go to push the gas its stuck. Its really hard to push down. When I do get it feels like it clicks, its not smooth like it is usially

Check your PCV pipes coming off the intake cam covers. Sometimes they slide out and interfere with the throttle linkage.

They have slid out when pushing the pedal and made the throttle stuck open, how do I prevent it from moving?

You can use some loc tite or torque seal to keep them in place. Not too much though, just enough to hold them.

Ok cool, should I just put little around the outside of id where they connect or should I take it out and put it on the outside of the inner tube?

Clean it off with a rag damp with degreaser first. Then apply some around the OD of the tube, then press them back in. I actually used black zip ties on my old engine until I could do a plenum pull to fix more permanently.
