if i never had my 92 prelude, i would think s14 seats were comfortable. but they just dont compare. old school honda seats are rediculous.

a pair of these were for sale locally a little while ago for 600, they arent much more than expensive S14 seats though.

I'm not a fan of my friends S15 leather seats but for a daily they are fine. I like the R32 GTR seats alot better than the S14 seats. I like my Sparco Pro2000 over any OEM nissan seat.

THe non GTR skyline seats are the same as the S14 seats. Just make sure you get a fair price for OE seats. These days JDM parts command major coin. In some cases you'd be better off getting an aftermarket seat.

Absolutely correct, sometimes why not spend the few hundred more and get some much better aftermarket seats.

Flames aside, I've had my eye on a pair of "Nismo" leather buckets on ebay for about 325.00 shipped... plus the price of weapon R seat brackets. I wonder if theyre really THAT bad.. maybe i'll find out and do a write up.

All GT-R seats are the same. Material is the only difference. Having sat in S13 shell, owned S13 2 peice, sat in S14, and owning currently S15, I have to say that the GT-R are the best, but come on! $1000 for used seats? Some of which are 10+ years old? That is JDM-tarded. The difference in the "Final" S15 seats is just the material color. There was also S15 Special Edition blue alcantara seats. Those are teh win. Best bet though is a cheap set of S14 seats. The only reason I have an S15 is the price was right, and it was about 2 blocks away.

Don't leave out the 350Z seats.

There's a good writeup over on Zilvia right now (I know, I know) on how to get them to fit into an S14. If you're not a super tall guy, it's pretty easy.

I still don't see the Z seats on there, personally I think they're nicer than the R34 seats.

Anyway, lots of variations getting left out. The S13 "180x" kouki seats were very nice IMO, definitely a step above the normal S13 seats.

I also caught a pair of otherwise normal grey cloth S14 seats on ebay last week, but they had special (Zenki-font) "Silvia" insignia on them, and I thought they were just super cool. Ideally, this is what I want for my car.

The kouki RPS13 seats are just S14 seats with "180SX" written on the fabric.

if you have driven in a Z seat and an r34 GTR seat, and you have a comparison for grippiness and comfort, please let me know how they stacked up in each department, and which Z it was
