No cracks. Nothing wrong with it just switching back to my log manifold. It is the same header that is 600 dollars new or 580 delivered if you happen to find a deal. It is powder ceramic coated silver. It will not be off the car until a couple of weeks. Sent you a pmPyR0NiAk wrote:Pictures to [email protected] please? Any cracks? (Doubtful but still good to ask) It is T2 Flanged correct?
I still want reviews if anyone has some.
yeah I would rather sale it to someone on this board than list it on fleabay.... If pyro decides he does not want it then s142 is next in line.........S14toRPS13 wrote:Not trying to steal a good deal from you Pyronaik, but if you happen to change your mind. I'll probably be interested in Shift's tomei exhaust manifold.
Once you get it, do a comparison review with your current set up. I've been looking at the Tomei Expreme for a while and would like to know if it really lives up to what they claim.PyR0NiAk wrote:I definitely want it
I'm sure the Tomei Expreme will have faster response vs an equal length, but I'd like to see the difference between the stock manifold and the Tomei Expreme. Perhaps even a side by side comparison on how long it takes for each to reach full boost with say a GT2871R. Both with the same set up ofcourse.OM3GA wrote:The Tomei definitely flows amazingly, they designed the manifold with different length pipes to increase exhaust flow to the turbo even at lower rpms, so it spools quicker at low rpms also. Its awesome i will definitely be buying one in the future. Right now i am stuck on what elbow/downpipe setup to do.
the header came in and I emailed you pics high temp coated in black-- looks great...PyR0NiAk wrote:Well, when I get my car finished, I'll be sure to swap back and forth from the stock and the tomei when I get a dyno day. This, of course, will be a few months...
Had to go to the library to get computer access... Payment sent, Keith. Thanks man.shift_SRDETuser wrote:the

no problem -- sorry it took so long. It really did come out great though -- here is a picture. I have the extrude honed iron manifold and my butt dyno could not really tell the difference but I assume the Tomei would make a few extra ponies across the board.PyR0NiAk wrote:

I run the one off dan the man cobra down pipe elbow combo. You will never have any leaks ever with that setup it has a flex before the cat and yes I still run a high flow cat. I would recommend the combo cobra down pipe I think Dmax still makes them. They are the best period. spend a little more and get the right parts for your car one time and be done.
