PE1420 vs. BigT28

is there anyone on this forum running the PE1420 turbo? i've been looking for upgrades and this seems about what i've been searching for. ball bearing, bolt-on, 300-315rwhp capable, excellent spoolup. but it's quite a bit more expensive than the Big28 (best price i've found on the PE1420 is $1240) although can make similar power levels. should i bite the bullet and get the PE kit or just send off the stocker and have it re-done as a big28 from FP? or better yet does anyone have any recommendations for a bolt on turbo for an S13 redtop that will make 310-325 rwhp at a reasonable boost level?

i've searched but haven't found really what i'm looking for. any help would be much appreciated.
