PDM Stage II cam, any problems?

Im still looking for a way to get good top end power out of my SOHC, or atleast improve on whats there already. I looked at the stage II cam from PDM and since they are close to me I might send them my cam to get re-ground. I have heard before that cams might cause idle problems?

And im aware that I will have to get hte towers milled thats not a problem, I just want to know if they're all they are cracked up to be. Will I get decent top end out of them?
