Hey,

I don't know how many of you are familiar with PDM-Racing, but you should be...I've been buying parts from them since I first got my car, and their customer service is excellent. Anyhow, I go their newsletter this month and they had some pictures of Don's S13, which has always been the NICEST and CLEANEST and most PROFESSIONALLY BUILT S13 I've ever seen...and I've been following its progress for a few years now.

Anyway, I just wanted to show an example of an extremely clean ka-t (Note the valve cover's color--that was the inspiration for painting mine ford blue!!)

Apparently they have an in-house ECU tuning guy (perhaps they should start marketing ECUs), and they made 295 RWHP on a bone stock engine at 8.8 psi, SR 370 cc injectors, stock MAFS, stock internals with 210,000 km (~130,000 miles)

Pretty impressive I think.

I have done business with them upon multiple occasions and they are great. Their setup on that s13 is so clean, the intercooler and intake piping is awesome.

Thats odd, I thought a dude named Eric was the one helping PDM with their ecu tuning. I know he helped them out, odd they didnt give credit because he was the only one that actually did any further "cracking" of the code. Tuning nissan ecus is easy, making disassemblers to go through and understand 32 thousand bytes of 16-bit ecu code to find new potential features is not.

And I dont mean the ecu tuner Eric from Holland, equally impressive work.

I thought the stock MAF would max out well past that boost/power level. I wonder what correction factor they used....

um i have a friend that made 290rwhp at 9 psi with a str8 T4 with a stock MAF also. he was running an safc II with 50'lb'ers. timing is what will get u those numbers.

im loving his intercooler piping though. clean setup as said before.

That is amazing, though. Good numbers for next to nothing. Do you mean advanced timing, or just well controlled? Notetheless, good numbers.
