ok here is my problem, I faxed in an order for some parts for my 240 to pdm on saturday last week, I still have not been contacted by them so my question is how do I get ahold of them other than email of fax, does any prevoius buyers have a phone number for them so I can see what is going on?

Has any one else had this happen to them?

They were pretty responsive with my request. They're a very reputable site. I think they did e-mail me a response, sorry no phone # to give.

They were really quick in responding to me the other day, just ordered some KYB's off them and some SS brake lines. I've never heard anything bad about them before.

ive never heard anything bad about them but i have had similar problems. I have emailed them a couple times interested in ordering, and by the time they replied like a week later, i had ordered them elsewhere. Enjuku is awsome with emails, if they have the products try them. Pdm is only hurting there own business by not responding quicker. I would of probably bought a lot of stuff from them if they would of returned email in 24-48 business hours. They will contact you, ive never had them not. But who knows how long it will take

I just bought a pair of tension rods with whiteline bushings from there. They were pretty responsive. Not as good as Ken at Enjuku, but pretty good. Mine will be here by Tuesday hopefully.
