My S13 is running KYB GR-2 struts/shocks and Tein S-Tech springs. I believe those springs lower the car 1.5" in the front and 1.2" in the back. First of all, yes I know camber plates are better. I really dont want to spend the money on it yet though. With this setup would I be ok to use some eccentric bolts to adjust the camber? Who has used the PDM bolts? Are they good? Who is better?

Thanks guys!

Considering what you have going on, eccentric bolts will be just fine. It's once you exceed 2" of drop that the eccentrics are out of adjustment range.

Thanks bud. Are the PDM Racing bolts fine or is there something else you would recommend?

That I am aware of there actually only 2 or 3 true manufacturers of the product. No one is really better than the other. Just don't overpay. They should run you no more than $30 to your door, otherwise shop around.
