Where is the PCV valve located on a 1995 240 and what tools do I need to install a new one?

thats a good question. I think I tried to get a PCV from Advanced Auto Parts a while ago but they didn't carry it or something. How often should you change the PCV?

I purchased a PCV valve from NAPA. It's definitely the PVC valve
