pcv valve grommet

what is good replacement for the pcv vale grommet?

and, AC Delco seems to be the only one that manufactures the metal pcv valve.
however, i don't think it fits the grommet.
"think" because the grommet is deteriorated and part of it has fallen into the valve cover side.

should be a baffle at the hole for the grommet so i think the rubber piece is safe for now. however, did plan on doing
valve cover gasket change soon anyhow.

just would like to find a suitable grommet that could seat the metal pcv instead of using plastic.
but might be no choice?

Or ... maybe someone has made something that can seat the metal pcv valve snug?

everyone has only plastic pcv? not one metallic out there?
and even if plastic, what grommet do you use?
the valve cover should eventually wear down grommet since grommets are made of rubber.

no one?
or .. only buy nissan/infiniti stock parts?
