I don't want to weld to it either. Let me know if you guys have any good ideas.

Not very descriptive on what you mean by broke in..

Why do you want to plug the hole? Should just remove old valve and replace it.

Remove the entire PCV valve and rubber grommet. Then tap the hole with a 1/2" NPT and screw a plug in there.

That's what I say too. You can use a 2000 Sentra 1.6L PCV valve.

I second that. Pluging and removing a pvc valve just sounds bad.

Plugging the hole runs the risk of blowing gaskets. The PCV was there for a reason. I don't suggest rerouting it either, but you can if you want.

i no longer have a PCV with no ill effects.. Im running a rb30 tho with greddy intake manifold and Rb26 valve covers. SO running a PCV is kinda impossible since there is no space on Greddy manifold for a PCV and the 26 covers dont have the PCV in the valve cover. IM running a oil catch can setup that sees very little blow by even with repeated high RPM revving.

but if you can use a PCV i wouldnt eliminate it. just replace it. iF your trying to minimize oil residue in your intake manifold run a Oil catch can between valve cover and intake mani

I would suggest you leave a lil bit of the energy drink in the bottle. It may give you a few extra ponies

Catch can is actually working quite well. I've got about 2-3 oz in it since November (5k miles).

Unless you want the catch can to see boost, on a RB25, you'd need an inline PCV valve in between the catch can and intake manifold.
