I'm looking into these for my Z. I've been given rave reviews from S chassis owners but, I wanna see what the Z guys think. Anyone have these? what do you think? i know they ride super harsh but, oh well. haha. Thats what you get when the spring rates are 12k/10k and valved to match. But, yeah, just really looking for reviews from Z owners. They look wonderful and since it's PBM I expect quality. Thanks again for the insight guys! c:

Why? these are just as adjustable, just as well made, and they're $3-500 less than powertrix of the same range. plus, its POWERED BY MAX. you just cant go wrong.

Sounds like your mind was made up before posting so go for em. Pbm's quality isn't as great as you make it out to be or have heard. And those spring rates are absurd for a street driven car. As for adjustability most coilovers regardless of price offer about the same FYI.

you usually get what you pay for. NOT saying pbm isn't quality, i don't know enough to say.
do you have any reviews for these pbm coilovers?

i just find it hard to believe that something as important as a suspension product can be "just as well made" yet costs 3-500 less. there's a reason spl products, for example, cost quite a bit - r&d and testing aren't cheap.

the powertrix coilovers aren't that much, especially with the groupbuy, their entry-level coilovers are only 800. btw, i'm not here to hype powertrix, i would get kw coilovers before powertrix ones.

ive had a ton of my s chassis friends rave about PBM everything, coilovers, anglekits, knuckles, LCA's, toe rods, RUCA's, etc. ive heard great things about their customer service, etc. plus, they are a more drift oriented company which is what im gonna end up doing with my Z after a while. and well, they're different. haha

i do like tien. But, they don't go low enough for my liking. And unless you get the top of the line ones with EDFC, they're not worth it for me. i dunno.

I say go for it. I came across those yesterday myself actually.

It looks like you can order custom linear springs in the rates you prefer. I don't think you can do that with powertrix.

An option i was also considering is building my own coilovers from parts on here, just gotta find good top hats.

A good setup would probably cost what good top hats run you. and you can even get a set of custom hypercoil/swift sprigns made if you don't want to use A1's springs. They have quality stuff.
